To access real-money games on playphp, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during the registration process.
Each player is permitted to hold only one playphp Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. playphp reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

playphp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Note: playphp does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card. These payment methods are not available on the playphp platform in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Wallet. There is no maximum deposit limit, though playphp reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for compliance purposes.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the playphp cashier page. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. playphp reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. playphp reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements being met in full.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by playphp are subject to the specific terms stated in each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to your playphp Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any withdrawal can be made. Only eligible games contribute to wagering requirements — the contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Live dealer games, certain table games, and progressive jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
playphp reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close Accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion will expire and be removed from your Wallet without notice. playphp is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time the bonus was credited.
All RNG-based games available on the playphp platform use certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are determined independently of any prior results and cannot be influenced by playphp, the game provider, or the player.
The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game's information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or wager.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure, playphp reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's Wallet. playphp's decision in such matters is final. playphp is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the player's side. Where a game round is interrupted due to disconnection, the round will be completed according to the game's auto-completion rules upon reconnection.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the playphp platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, playphp's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your playphp Wallet in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
playphp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if playphp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The playphp platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. playphp makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

Upon suspension or closure of an Account for cause, playphp reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Funds may be withheld pending investigation and may be subject to deduction for any amounts owed to playphp. playphp will notify you of the outcome of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe.
You may request closure of your playphp Account at any time by contacting playphp support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
playphp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the playphp platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting playphp support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent playphp from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
