• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of the transaction, in accordance with Philippine financial record-keeping requirements.
• Gaming activity records: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years following the date of the activity, or longer where required for dispute resolution or regulatory purposes.
• Support communications: Retained for a minimum of two (2) years following the resolution of the relevant support interaction.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for one (1) year following withdrawal of consent, as evidence of the consent given.

If playphp becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated Account. If you believe that a minor has provided personal data to playphp, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 14.

12.International Data Transfers

In certain circumstances, playphp may transfer your personal data to service providers or partners located outside the Philippines.
